Trainee Lettings Negotiator

This exceptional estate agency with a great presence in the London property market is starting a large-scale recruitment drive and is keen to expand their team. They are looking for an eager, money-motivated and strong Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Specific, focused and comprehensive training will be provided along with an attractive basic salary and uncapped commission. The role offers realistic on-target earnings in excess of £40,000 and the opportunity to earn while you learn. This role would suit a progression-minded and driven individual who is looking to pursue a career within the property sector as a Lettings Negotiator. 

Package Information

·         £20,000 basic salary.

·         £43,000 OTE .

·         Company car / car allowance .

·         Company pension scheme.

·         29 days holiday annually (including bank holidays), increasing up to 33 days with length of service.

·         An extra day’s holiday on your birthday.

·         Free cookies delivered to all offices on the last Friday of every month!

·         Top performers will be incentivised with trips away.
