THE JOB: An extremely rare opportunity to join one of the biggest names in the property sector as part of their hugely-successful commercial property team. This opportunity offers full training, uncapped commission, and a £24k basic salary with Monday-Friday working hours. The successful commercial agent will work in accordance with RICS guidelines, company policy and legislation to learn all aspects of commercial property. This position is not only highly rewarding and financially lucrative, it offers the opportunity to progress into a senior role and in-house training. The role involves carrying out viewings and inspections of properties, dealing with enquiries and inbounds leads, measurement surveys, liaising with clients on commercial property.
