Tenancy Manager

A rare opportunity for a highly-organised Tenancy Manager to join a successful estate agency office in West London. This position offers the opportunity to gain further experience within a strong property management department working for one of London’s premium estate agency brands. The role will involve taking responsibility for arranging the full process of a tenant move in from referencing through to handing the keys to the tenant. Some daily responsibilities will include liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the move in process runs smoothly, arranging safety checks, inventories, key cuttings etc. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a property management/ lettings environment and must have administration/ customer service experience.

• Up to £32,000 basic salary
• Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary
• Discretionary quarterly bonuses
• Flexi-time is also available
