THE JOB: A rare remote-working opportunity to join a leading national estate agency as a Senior Property Valuer. This exclusive new role offers an industry leading basic salary, the opportunity to work from home, and rapid progression. The correct individual will need to have excellent residential property valuation skills, a home office space/ desk, and at least a 35% conversion rate from valuation to sale. The Senior Property Valuer will play an integral part of owning their own area territory, driving new business forward, and prospecting for new valuations. The successful applicant will become an expert of the area and will follow up on all leads, produce video tours of properties and drive sales through social media marketing, speaking on the phone to buyers, and getting out into the local community to increase market share. The successful candidate will be provided with a generous guarantee for up to five months and a BMW company car.
