THE JOB: An exclusive opportunity to join our progressive property recruitment agency in London as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic, fun and professional team. The correct applicant will have previous property experience and the ability to maintain relationships with both candidates and clients. Recruitment experience is advantageous however not a necessity as full training is provided.

What we offer?

The basic sits between £20,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. We will look at guarantees to get you up and running for the first three months. We have a tiered commission structure which works on thresholds reached during the year and gives the ability for star performers to get highly rewarded.

We give incentives for sourcing candidates and quarterly bonuses for hitting and exceeding actual money banked. iPhone, MacBook, Database and all other necessary equipment is provided. All staff are set up on a Health Scheme, Private Pension Plan and get their birthday off on top of the 28 days holiday.
