SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Location: SURREY QUAYS

Salary: UPTO £35,000

THE JOB: An exciting opportunity has arisen in an up and coming area of South London. Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager who has at least three years’ experience in managing over 200 properties, as well as successfully managing a small team of property managers. Your duties will be too look after properties on behalf of landlords. This will include everything from organising contractors for on-going maintenance of the properties, gas and electrical certificates, pre & post tenancy cleans, setting up tenancy agreements and will give a tremendous overview of the Lettings market. The successful candidate will be diligent, highly organised and have exceptional interpersonal and managerial skills. ARLA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
