SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

THE JOB: A rare opportunity has arisen to join a Leading Independent Estate Agency in South East London, in their Property Management department. Our successful client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ARLA accredited and has at least two or more years’ experience in residential property management. You will also be required to manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in Property Management. Your duties will be too look after properties on behalf of landlords. This will include everything from organising contractors for on-going maintenance of the properties, gas and electrical certificates, pre & post tenancy cleans, setting up tenancy agreements and will give a tremendous overview of the Lettings market. The correct individual will need to be diligent, highly organised and a good team player. Driving licence not essential but preferred.
