SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

THE JOB: An exciting opportunity to join an Independent Estate Agency based in their new office in Maida Vale. Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager to build and oversea the current portfolio in Central London. A good understanding of tenancy law, maintenance logistics and previous experience managing properties will be crucial to execute this position. ARLA qualification is desirable. The ideal candidate will be well confident, well-organised and relational in order to successfully run the busy property management department.
