THE JOB: An exceptional opportunity to join one of London’s prime market agents in their Shepherds Bush office covering three high end branches for Property Management. Our client is looking for a seasoned Property Manager preferably with 4-5 years’ experience and a willingness to succeed and offer exceptional customer service. This is a large department so there is plenty of opportunity for progression and this particular role will entail all aspects of Property Management from renewals, contracts, maintenance and end of tenancy. There are opportunities to earn commission on top of the basic salary which include overtime for volunteering on Saturday work and a bonus for hitting certain targets of 10% of yearly salary. Please note a driving licence is preferred for this role.
