Also, an ability to describe and be articulate and really paint a vision of what a property is going to be like and it’s lifestyle to the prospective purchaser as many of the properties are being sold off plan. This role will therefore need an articulate and intelligent candidate. Previous property experience is preferred however strong estate agency negotiators will be considered. 

• £25,000-£30,000 Basic Salary
• £60,000 OTE for 1^st year
• Exceptional Monday-Friday working hours
