Salary: UPTO £20,000 BASIC, £40,000 OTE

Job Type: Permanent ~ Monday to Friday

THE JOB: This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking estate agent. This Monday - Friday role offers a work life balance with a good earning potential. This Lettings Negotiator role will suit an individual who has a proven track record in sales and is looking to join an estate agent with fresh approach the traditional model of estate agency. This is an exciting time to join a young and dynamic business. 1-2 years’ experience is preferable.

Our Client: An exciting client of ours with offices in central London and Surrey. This fresh approach to estate agency combines the traditional model of agency with a high street presence and a large catchment area of offices. Having only incorporated in 2017 this fresh branding has tripled in staffing within a short period of time now having expanded into central London with a private office branding in the heart of the city in Fenchurch Street. They have two more offices planned to open next year and therefore this is an exciting time to join a young and dynamic business with a mind to make a personal mark and influence the growth of the business in the future.
