Salary: UP TO £30,000 BASIC, £70,000 OTE

THE JOB: A rare opportunity has arisen to join an established Independent Estate Agent in West London. One of our top clients is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager who has proven experience in driving a successful team and generating new business, at the same time ensuring the high level of service is maintained across all aspects of the Lettings Department. You will ideally have ARLA qualification and live in reasonable commuting distance of West London. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be naturally confident and excel in relationship building with stakeholders. The correct individual will need to have 2 to 3 years + Lettings Manager experience. Competitive Basic salary and an OTE of £70k plus.
