The Opportunity:

This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join a fantastic and forward thinking agency, who are in possession of market share in the Kent area, as a Senior Branch Manager. This role will see you motivating, inspiring, and managing your team; you will be running morning meetings and coaching sessions, monitoring and keeping abreast of current market conditions, and prospecting, listing and ultimately selling a targeted number of properties per month. This role will suit an adept and experienced estate agent, with valuation and managerial experience, who is looking for the next step in their estate agency career.
