THE JOB: A fantastic opportunity to join on of our most exciting agencies who dominate the South England and Oxfordshire markets. Our client is looking for an Area Sales Manager who is looking for the next step with a highly established agency. The role will entail looking after 10 offices, recruiting, training and mentoring top level Branch Managers and this will be a highly diverse and challenging position reporting to the board on performance and growth. This would be a great step for a Senior Branch Manager/Partner or an Area Manager who has been running a small collective group of offices within a corporate environment.
