This exciting opportunity to join an exceptional independent estate agency as an Sales Progressor. The Sales Progressor is vital to the Sales Team achieving targets for sales completions. You will be responsible for ensuring all sales are AML compliant as set out in procedures, liaise with all parties involved in the process to progress sales from formal offer to legal exchange and completion within the agreed time. The successful candidate will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, conveyancers, mortgage advisors and surveyors. This is a very exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can work well on their own and part of a team.

 

The ideal candidate will have impeccable customer service skills, confidence, resilient and have a “can-do” attitude. Having a strong work ethic and working well under pressure is a must. Ideally having a years experience as a sales progressor or have a background in conveyancing, estate agency or financial services.
