THE JOB: A rare remote-working opportunity to join a leading national estate agency as a Sales Partner. This exclusive new role offers an industry leading basic salary, the opportunity to work from home, and rapid progression. The correct individual will need to have excellent residential property valuation skills with at least a 35% conversion rate from valuation to sale. The Sales Partner will play an integral part of owning their own area territory, driving new business forward, and prospecting for new valuations. The successful applicant will become an expert of the area and will follow up on all leads, produce video tours of properties, drive sales through social media marketing.
