THE JOB: My client, a leading estate agency with particular competence within the new build property sales market, is looking to make a rare hire after experiencing huge success in their Elephant & Castle office. This role offers a basic salary up to £20,000 and realistic on-target earnings of £50,000. The commission structure starts at 12.5% and is tiered to rise up to 20% with successful sales figures. The company offers an electric company car and the opportunity to progress quickly. With exceptional stock levels and an attractive property register of some of London’s most sought-after properties, this lucrative Sales Negotiator opportunity provides ability to earn well and progress quickly.
