THE JOB: My client, a leading estate agency with particular competence within the new build property sales market, is looking to make a rare hire after experiencing huge success in their Canary Wharf office. This role offers a basic salary up to £20,000 and realistic on-target earnings of £50,000. The commission structure starts at 12.5% and is tiered to rise up to 20% with successful sales figures. The company offers an electric company car and the opportunity to progress quickly.
