THE JOB: An industry leading opportunity to join one of Monmouthshire’s prime market estate agencies and have sole autonomy of an area and strategically expand the business.
You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in this area. Everything from making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing through to developing business contacts with the local constituencies in order to further referrals and the Estate Agency network. With the use of a super hub office nearby you will also value and convert the market appraisal opportunities that you get on (along with the help of a healthy marketing budget) and convert these properties to instructions. The instructions will then be overseen by you to completion however you will utilise the nearby hub office where there will be sales negotiators, progressor and admin staff to deal with the day to day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market.
This is an exciting and totally unique role within the property sector. We are looking for people who have had at least 4 years + estate agency experience, have at least been an Assistant Sales Manager/Valuer or Branch Manager and above that want the opportunity and responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment however also would like the flexibility of working from home as well as in an office environment.
