Location: Kingswood, Bristol

Salary: £28,000- £30,000 (dependent on experience) + OTE £40,000-£45,000

Details:

  • Uncapped commission structure
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing after 3 years of service)
  • Regular training including CePap and ARLA/MARLA
  • Standard working hours: Monday-Friday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (1 in 2 Saturdays worked with a day off in lieu)

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager based in the Bradley Stoke office, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Team Leadership: Effectively manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  2. Property Valuation and Instruction: Conduct property valuations and effectively instruct properties for sale.

  3. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

  4. Financial Reporting: Compile and present figure reports to assess office performance and identify areas for improvement.

  5. Performance Reviews: Conduct regular one-to-one sessions with staff to provide feedback, support professional development, and set performance goals.

  6. Commission Targeting: Drive office performance to meet commission targets, ensuring the team's success contributes to individual earnings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the real estate industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to value and instruct properties.

  • Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • CePap and ARLA/MARLA training or willingness to undergo training.
