Sales Director

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up within our client’s organisation for a Sales Director with a proven track record in the property sector. This role will require someone who has been pivotal in building and scaling a business and has a highly entrepreneurial attitude. This role will entail agent attraction, training, development and retention. The ability to mentor, coach and ultimately lead a dispersed team of individuals and drive sales to the ultimate goal of increasing revenue exponentially within the next 24 months. Our forecast for potential earnings in this role exceed £120,000 per annum by year 2/3.

• Building, Developing and Recruiting a Team

• Building Branch Turnover

• Targeted Marketing and Canvassing

Experience

• Minimum 4 years in the property sector

• Local Area Knowledge

• High level of organisation skills
