THE JOB: One of East London’s leading independent estate agencies are looking to make a rare hire for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator for their hugely successful Hackney office. The role will cover Hackney, Islington, Tower Hamlets, Newham and surrounding areas with mass opportunities to make commission. This lucrative role offers a basic salary up to £20,000 and realistic on-target earnings of £40,000. Whilst the role offers the ability to do both sales and lettings, the company currently does exceptionally well in lettings with up to 20 lets per month out of one office. The role offers a 5-day working week, nice working hours and a commission structure up to 20%.
