An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s industry changing estate agents as a Residential Sales Director. This exciting new role has arisen due to high demand from our client for valuations in this location. You will get access and support from the hub office and full marketing campaigns. The correct individual will need to have excellent residential property valuation skills, at least a 40%+ conversion rate from valuation to sale and be highly organised. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a role where they would like to work from home and at the same time have the flexibility of building a pipeline working the position around their lifestyle. Up to £80,000 OTE

Duties

• Attending valuations and winning instructions
• Building up an area
• Self-generating new business

Experience

• Minimum three years in the property sector at Managerial level or above
• Exceptional communication skills
• High level of organisation skills
