THE JOB AND POSITION AVAILABLE


THE JOB: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new department developing their business in London. A highly versatile and seasoned acquisition, new homes and development manager is needed to develop and expand this national businesses London team. You will need to have a good contacts with medium sized develops and have the ability to pitch well to them and maintain client retention. Your ability to be very specific on marketing techniques and advise developers on “best success” with your combined marketing strategy will need to prevail in this position. Due to this being a national business we believe anyone who succeeds here will prevail to bigger opportunities in the future.
