Location: CARLISLE, LANCASTER, BRADFORD & HALIFAX

Salary: £130,000

THE JOB: A rare and exciting opportunity has come up within our clients organisation for a Regional Growth Director with a proven track record in the property sector. This role will require someone who has been pivotal in building and scaling a business and has a highly entrepreneurial attitude. This role will entail agent attraction, training, development and retention. The ability to mentor, coach and ultimately lead a dispersed team of individuals and drive sales to the ultimate goal of increasing revenue two fold within the next 24 months. This will be rewarded by direct increases in wages.
