Regional Director

One of our major national Estate agency clients is now looking to expand their senior management team. This will be a highly challenging position where relational leadership will be paramount. Your remit will be recruiting, training, developing and retain a large number of qualified property professionals to support our client’s rapid expansion plan across Middlesex and Berkshire. The correct individual will need to have a demonstrative history in leading multiple people within the residential sales industry and be able to recruit and develop staff in order to effect a positive change within the company and sector. Up to £150,000 OTE.

 

Duties

 

  • Drive and develop up to 12 offices
  • Have an excellent understanding of P&L’s
  • Recruit and develop new high-level Managers into the business
  • Expand the network of offices across the region
  • Implement the company plan to pivot into the new era of Estate Agency

 

Experience

  • Managing FTE’s of 30+ employees
  • Developing a team of at least 10+ offices
  • Area Manager or above experience
  • Successfully leading a disparate work force and producing high level results
