PROPERTY MANAGER

THE JOB: An exciting opportunity to join this niche private property company within their modern offices near Blackfriars Bridge and Southwark station. This will be a challenging position overseeing a private property portfolio of 300 apartments. You will learn a lot more about the daily running of the apartments, the importance of eliminating void periods and complex maintenance logistics across multiple sites. A good understanding of tenancy law, maintenance logistics and previous experience managing properties will be crucial to execute this position.
