This New Homes Manager position offers the opportunity to benefit from an attractive basic salary and realistic on-target earnings in excess of £50,000 1st year, a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. The role offers great autonomy, a positive working environment and the opportunity to oversee New Homes sales across their hugely-successful Essex region. This role requires the successful candidate to motivate negotiators, liaise with branches, visit open days, undertake marketing for launches, source new sites and build a network of developer contacts.
