New Homes Sales Manager

A huge nationwide estate agency brand is making a rare hire to join their successful New Homes department. This New Homes Manager position offers the opportunity to benefit from an attractive basic salary and realistic on-target earnings in excess of £50,000 1^st year, a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. The role offers great autonomy, a positive working environment and the opportunity to oversee New Homes sales across their hugely-successful Metro region. There is a network of 13 offices selling New Homes stock and this role requires the successful candidate to motivate negotiators, liaise with the branches, visit open days, do marketing for launches, source new sites and build a network of developer contacts. This role offers fast progression opportunities to move into a Regional Management position in the future. Covering areas such as Barkingside, Chadwell Heath, Dagenham, East Ham, Gidea Park, Grays, Harlow, Harold Wood, Ilford, Leytonstone, Plaistow, Romford, South Woodford, Stratford, Walthamstow. 

This role will offer some flexible and remote working. 

Package Information

• Up to £30,000 Basic
• £55,000 realistic on-target earnings
