This New Homes Manager position offers the opportunity to benefit from an attractive basic salary and realistic on-target earnings in excess of £50,000 1^st year, a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. The role offers great autonomy, a positive working environment and the opportunity to oversee new homes sales across Essex and Ipswich. There is a network of 13 offices selling new homes stock and this role requires the successful candidate to motivate negotiators, liaise with the branches, visit open days, do marketing for launches, source new sites and build a network of developer contacts. This role offers fast progression opportunities to move into a Regional Management position in the future.
