NEW HOMES DIRECTOR

Location: ESSEX, ANGLIA, SHEFFIELD, LEICESTERSHIRE & DERBYSHIRE

Salary: £100,000+ CAR, BENEFITS

THE JOB: A rare opportunity to join one of the countries largest and most successful national estate agencies in a senior post leading a substantial area of their new homes business and reporting directly to the Managing Director. The correct candidate will need to have at least 5 years + new homes experience, be highly competent in the New Homes sector and have led at least a team of 25+ people. Preferably someone from a corporate background is required who understands the structure and running of a large scale new homes operation. A demonstrated successful history in not just leading teams but procuring developments to sell from developers will be necessary. You will be responsible for a third of all new homes income across the country covering Essex, Anglia, Sheffield, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
