Salary: £18,000 BASIC £25,000 OTE

THE JOB: An award-winning online estate agency is looking for the next wave of trainee move consultants to join their rapidly growing head offices in Colchester. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to buyers and sellers throughout the start of their customer journey. The role will involve booking viewings in for buyers, valuation appointments for potential sellers, and providing financial services referrals where possible. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission while working in modern offices in an exceptional location for transport links. The position is office-based, does not require a driving license, and offers great career progression. Estate agency experience is not required as full training is provided but experience within a sales environment is preferred.
