This rare hire offers a Basic Salary up to £40,000 (with the opportunity to increase this within the first 9 months), realistic on-target earnings of £80,000+ in 1st year, a commission structure up to 40%, remote on boarding (all mortgage consultants have worked from home since last March and there are now plans to incorporate home working and office working as things improve with the pandemic).
