Salary: UP TO £120,000+

One of our major national Estate agency clients is now looking to expand their senior management team in Scotland. This will be a highly challenging position where relational leadership will be paramount. Your remit will be to recruit, train, develop and retain a large number of qualified property professionals to support our clients rapid expansion plan across Scotland. The correct individual will need to have a demonstrative history in leading multiple people within the residential sales industry and be able to recruit and develop staff in order to effect a positive change within the company and sector.

This is an exciting role for the correct individual and future potential earnings will escalate as the position and areas develops.
