LETTINGS TRAINER

Location: SOLIHULL

Salary: £35,000 + COMPETITIVE BONUS STRUCTURE

THE JOB AND POSITION AVAILABLE:

THE JOB: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of the industry leading estate agents as a Lettings Trainer. The successful candidate will work within a team of Trainers, who have vast experience in the Lettings industry and worked up to Branch Manager position or higher. You will need to be an excellent communicator and be confident to be able to stand up and speak in front of new and existing employees. You will need to be ARLA qualified and live within commuting distance of South Birmingham and worked as a Lettings Manager for at least 2-3 years. Previous training experience is desirable but not essential. It is important you are enthusiastic and have a true passion for the lettings industry and learning and development.
