LETTINGS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: LIVERPOOL

Salary: £20,000 BASIC £40,000+ OTE
 

THE JOB AND POSITION AVAILABLE:

An exciting opportunity to join an international leading agent with a presence in Liverpool City Centre, Wirral and Southport prime lettings market. The position would be overseeing the three successful offices, motivating and driving the lettings team daily, ensuring the team meet their weekly KPI’s, and increase the overall performance of the offices. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a lettings team, as a Branch Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager. You will possess exceptional communication and leadership qualities, as well as passion and drive to succeed. A full clean driving licence is required for the role and you will need to have your own car. A competitive package is provided with an OTE around £40,000 +
