THE JOB: An exceptional franchise estate agency with offices across Hertfordshire is looking for a Lettings Assistant to join their hugely successful property management team in the Royston and Biggleswade office. The successful candidate will receive a £18,000 basic salary and £25k on-target earnings in their first year, a great working environment, and strong progression opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start their career in the property management department, assisting the Property Managers with co-ordinating daily tasks in their growing portfolio. The successful candidate will ideally have some property experience; however, this is not essential. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, organised and IT literate. It is essential you have a full clean driving licence and own your own car.
