KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

THE JOB: A highly exciting role joining one of our new clients in the prop tech sector. This particular role will entail managing and developing a national account for a company with market share in the creative digital content sector supplying estate agents. This nationally recognised business has a key account which they wish develop further. The correct individual will need to nurture and develop relationship with Regional Directors within the account, be able to present during regional meetings and train individually and as a group, recognise areas where they can bring in additional services from the business and develop the account across a national basis. The ability to analyse figures and compare successes from previous introductory of additional services and be able to show a genuine return on investment to the client will be important. It is crucial that this person will have a solid understanding of the needs of estate agents and it is preferable if they have account managed estate agencies in the digital media space for a supplier of either advertising, staffing or some form of digital media.

On a more basic side they provide professional photos and floorplan solutions and they have a network of over 700 photographers throughout the country. They also provide marketing videos, audio solutions, digital and real brochures, 360 degree tours, virtual tours and fly by drone pictures. They offer one of the most comprehensive creative solutions to estate agents in the market place. The business is growing from strength to strength and are looking to expand their work force using strong and sustained growth over the next few years.
