THE JOB: An exclusive opportunity to join this highly successful office in London. Our client is looking for a qualified (CIPD Level 5) HR Business Partner or Advisor for a fast-paced property agency in their Head Office in Wimbledon. You will be working alongside the HR Manager and assisting the HR team delivering a first-class service to all stakeholders.
Building rapport and communicating with all stakeholders across the London wide offices will be a key part of your role and dealing with all people matters inc. disciplinary and grievance cases. You will also be supporting the HR Administration team with contracts, drafting letter and conduct meetings. It is essential you are qualified, or part qualified in CIPD Level 5 + and have at least two years HR experience in a multi-site organisation. Comprehensive Knowledge of UK Employment Law and Demonstrate effective influencing and persuasion skills, with clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
