The main responsibility will be to establish a clear and affective way to generate mortgage referrals through the 100’s of field agents and head office staff ranging from call centre to senior management teams. You will be responsible for the training and development of staff in order to maximise each touch point along the customer journey to facilitate mortgage referrals. Previous FS experience is preferred however this role is about the ability to get “buy in” from field agents and head office staff so this is a diverse role which will involve a hands on approach ie. getting out on the field, establishing good relationships with respective estate agents and being a strong influencer rather than a manager. An understanding of volume business will be essential and how to work and expand targets (EBITDA) in order to rapidly build the mortgage arm of the business.
