Genum are excited to offer this unique opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing estate agencies. This cutting edge prime market firm with an extensive network of agents across London and soon the UK is now looking to add to their senior management team in order to bolster and drive their agency business from their head offices in central London. The correct individual will have a solid background in estate agency, a deep understanding of the sales process and preferably a level of call centre experience.

The role will involve recruiting, building and developing Sales Consultants, Account Managers and various support teams that deal with the sellers and buyers from first line contact through to sales progression and completion.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience running agency teams
• A level of operational structure and understanding
• A strong understanding of tech platforms and G Suite if possible
