Responsibilities:

· Create and execute a lead generation plan that raises awareness of the brands within the group.
 

· Developing media marketing strategies and other campaign activities
 

· Experience in execution of brand campaigns, online promotions, content development.
 

· Brand custodian - work with external agencies to design and produce marketing collateral.
 

· Creating, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of a comprehensive strategic internal and external communications plan that fully supports the business objectives
 

· Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help optimise conversions across the various stages
 

· Evaluate and monitor ongoing campaign performance by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
 

· Own the CRM calendar- Plan, manage and deliver CRM campaigns across email and push channels that engage our customers.

Reporting to the CMO the ideal candidate will act as the brands spokesperson providing strategic input and direction for the brand as well as managing the overall tone of voice.

Working within the marketing team, this exciting role will see you engage in the full marketing mix. Both traditional (20%) and digital (80%) and take ownership of the content and communication strategy of the brands within the group.
