Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday
THE JOB: A great opportunity to join this strong office in Clapham supporting the Lettings team. Previous experience will be crucial for this role. People who have a good understanding of Lettings from an agency perspective will be considered so if you have been a lettings negotiator or property manager this seat may be available to you. The role will be incorporate all administration, start of tenancy paperwork and agreed let paperwork before passing through to the property management department. Other aspects will be marketing of the properties and on boarding paperwork from new Landlords and any relevant checks that may need to be done.
