THE JOB: An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading estate agencies and build a network of teams across the area. This unique proposition will entail you building and running a super office which will perform all the EA functions of a normal office and service the surrounding area however in terms of expansion you will also oversee a network of standalone employed Estate Agency Partners who will take their own sub patches on and develop their own businesses remotely further afield. This is a unique position and our thoughts are the on target earnings will increase over the second and third years significantly as the Area Director builds the Estate Agency Partner network. We are looking for people who excel in their roles… game changers! You must have had at least 5 years+ experience in agency, run a strong profitable office or have previously run a network of offices for an estate agency.
