Location: NORTH WEST ENGLAND

Salary: UPTO £120,000

One of our major national Estate agency clients is now looking to expand their senior management team. This will be a highly challenging position where relational leadership will be paramount. Running up to 20 offices in and around North West England. The correct individual will need to have a demonstrative history in leading multiple residential sales offices through a positive change management within the sector. We are looking for the correct individual to lead a division in it’s next expansion and development as a business.

OUR CLIENT: Having been established in the industry for nearly 100 years this highly prestigious brand offers an excellent basis for attracting top end sales & lettings in London and indeed the UK. Most offices in London posses an exceptional portfolio of properties and those outside tend to deal with high-end country houses.

Our client also has a diverse range of arms to the company ranging from Sales, Lettings, Country Houses Department, Bespoke Property Search, Land Sales & Acquisitions, New Homes Sales, Financial Services and International Prime Property Sales. Therefore there is a plethora of different disciplines a long-term employee to this company can look at getting into.
