DIVISIONAL GROUP DIRECTOR

Location: MIDLANDS & NORTH ENGLAND

Salary: UP TO £120,000 BASIC, £160,000+ OTE

Job Type: Permanent

THE JOB: An exciting role which will incorporate all disciplines of property and therefore will have all heads of business reporting to you from the North Midlands and North England offices. This role will incorporate direct P&L responsibility for sales, lettings, financial services and conveyancing. The ability to take a “holistic” view of the business will be crucial. This will be a highly rewarding role with exceptional remunerations and future prospects for any individual.
