CLIENT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Location: LONDON SE1

The Job: An opportunity to join this market leading property management division in central London in their client accounts team. This particular role will be dealing with payments for Landlords to contractors and service charges. The job will therefore entail checking existing landlord accounts, making sure all payments to contractors who have done works on properties has been paid, making sure service charges and any other monthly bills are up to date , processing payments and checking with the landlords that they are comfortable with the invoices and bills going out. Six months + previous property accounting experience is required for this particular role.
