Role Description

Genum are proud to represent a fast paced and nationally recognised residential property surveying company for a number of highly exclusive roles across the UK.

The role will entail performing red book valuations on residential properties for high street lenders, homebuyers reports for private client work and if you are qualified doing residential building surveys, the latter is not compulsory.

Our client is looking for qualified surveyors who are either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS who have had previous experience in valuing residential property and performing homebuyer reports. If you have done building surveys for residential property private client work this would be preferable but not compulsory so, please still apply.

Our Client

Our client has a major estate agency arm and a well-established surveying business. They are fortunate enough to work directly with lenders and therefore are able to give very strong and consistent high value work. Their surveying department has grown exponentially over the last few years and some of the surveyors have earnt in excess of £300,000 last year.
