The Opportunity:

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join one of Surrey & Hampshire’s leading estate agents as a Branch Manager. This role offers an extremely competitive salary and renumeration of £70,000, and an abundance of perks & incentives. The successful candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships, have a proven track record at turning valuations into listings and sales, be driven & determined, and be able to motivate, inspire and lead a team. You will be responsible for your own business both in relation to profitability and business development, target a number of properties for listing, and help vendors sell their home for the best price and with the best service and support available.
