Location: SOUTH WEST ENGLAND (Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter, Taunton & Weston-Super-Mare)

Salary: £40,000, £80,000 OTE, CAR, BENEFITS

THE JOB: An excellent opportunity to run 5 offices for one of the most respected brands of estate agency in the UK. The correct individual will have need to run an office for at least 7 years+, preferably be a Senior Branch Partner or above or be an Area Manager for an existing agency. The role will involve recruiting, motivating and leading the staff in the various offices and the traveling regularly across to visit the 5 offices.
